I am Carlos Andrés Arias Arias and my career started in 2002 at Oller Abogados, where I found a family environment both for employees and for those who seek our services.

This group’s success can be found in its capacity to empathize with our clients, who stop being simply another company or person and become a friend or member of the Oller Abogados family, where we take care of them, watch out for their interests, and celebrate their successes. We put ourselves in their place not only to satisfy them with the comprehensive service they require, but to help them get rid of their concerns and anguishes, which as of that moment become ours, lightening their burden and allowing them to focus their time on those issues that really matter.

I am currently in charge of the Labor Law area, where I actively participate in the management of human resources, contracting and terminations, compensation programs, and the resolution of any other conflict derived from work relationships. I also support the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and Alternative Resolution of Conflicts.

In my free time I like to practice sports, cook, and read, although most of my time I enjoy being a dad to my beautiful son, Mateo.
